Open the app, go to Account Settings, tap Security, and select Biometric Login. The app will prompt you to verify your password once, then register your fingerprint or face ID from that point forward.

Yes. From the lobby, tap the deposit icon, select JazzCash or Easypaisa from the chip row, enter the amount, and confirm. The transfer completes through your existing JazzCash account without leaving the app.

Force-close the app, clear its cache in your device settings, and relaunch. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall using the APK link on this page. Your account data is stored server-side, so nothing is lost.

The initial APK is around 30MB. With cached lobby data and downloaded assets the app uses up to 60MB of storage in normal use. Clearing the cache from device settings resets it to the base size.
